Q: What are the cases made of?
A: We use High-quality Soft TPU cases, resin, glitter, real flowers and real fruits.
Q: Are the flowers/ fruits real?
A: Yes! We use real flowers and reals fruits for all our cases.
Q: Are your cases protective?
A: All our cases have a shock-absorbing bumper that offers complete protection from scratches and dust.
Q: What makes your cases unique?
A: All our cases are handmade with real fruits and flowers. Since every flower varies in shape and colour, our cases are truly unique. They also make great unique and personal gifts for a friend or a family member.
Q: Do your cases turn yellow?
A: Whether a case turns yellow over time, it really depends on the usage and maintenance. Please note that regular exposure to excessive amounts of chemicals, light or heat may increase that process.
Q: Will the fruits or flowers inside the cases rot?
A: We use dried fruits and flowers then we preserve them with resin. Therefore, the flowers or fruits inside the cases will not rot.
Q: When will you ship my order?
A: We aim to ship all our orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number with your confirmation email.
Q: Where do you ship your cases from?
A: All our cases are handmade and shipped from London, UK.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: The shipping time will depend on your destination. Please take note that with the recent situation of COVID-19, shipping is likely to be longer than usual.
Q: Do you provide tracking information?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number with your confirmation email. If you haven’t received your tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.
Q: Do you have a store?
A: We have a stall in Camden Market, London, UK.
Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We are usually open every day at Camden Market from 10 am until 6 pm. However, following the Government's guidelines, Camden Market is currently closed until 2nd December.
